Semi-Private Two on One Training is a popular option among spouses, friends, and those with similar fitness goals. Semi-Private clients still receive individualized attention, while benefiting from working out with a partner. Many clients who choose to workout with another person enjoy the added accountability, motivation, and comradery. Two on One Training is a great way to cut down on the cost of Personal Training, while still maintaining some benefits of Private Training. Semi-Private Two on One Training sessions are scheduled based on the clients’ and trainer’s similar availability.
