3:1 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training is the most affordable method of Personal Training, while having the benefit of working out with others. The Small Group dynamic can increase accountability, motivation, and overall fun! Some clients utilize Small Group training to make it more affordable, while others take advantage of it’s low cost to add an extra day to their Private/Semi-Private training schedule. Small Group Training sessions are offered on a pre-set schedule. New class times can be added based on client demand and trainer availability.
